Innoprot Molecular Biology Laboratory generates whole fluorescent stable cell lines by stably transfection with turboGFP. We can also generate stably expressing cells for a wide variety of genes or express vectors labelled with the turboGFP. You only have to select the cell line you are interested and Innoprot will generate the high intensity tGFP cell line.
About TurboGFP
TurboGFP is an improved variant of the green fluorescent protein CopGFP cloned from copepoda Pontellina plumata (Arthropoda; Crustacea; Maxillopoda; Copepoda). Like CopGFP, TurboGFP reveals bright green fluorescence and maturation than EGFP when expressed in eukaryotic cells and it does not form aggregates in long-term culture.
